13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and PiximFix regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and PiximFix with respect to the Site.
